Like many great ideas, the inspiration for Porchetta Republic came from a party with friends, sharing food that reminded us of home and time spent together celebrating.

Sharing food is what Italians do best, and we wanted to evoke that spirit and re-create the authentic Italian street food experience here in Los Angeles.
